TUBE BENDING

Best Machine Inc. has been asked to manufacture a variety of parts. One of our customers required us to fabricate a variety of small tubes to be used in their assemblies. In the beginning we did these by hand, one bend at a time, but in an effort to make things more efficient and cost effective, we decided to manufacture our own CNC controlled tube bending machine utilizing one of our robotic arms. Our in house engineers designed, fabricated and programmed everything from scratch. We were able to automate the process, decrease cost and improve consistency and quality. We are always looking for creative ways to outperform our competition and stand out. We’re proud that we have the experience, technology, and “know how” to think outside of the box and pass on that savings and quality to our customers.
