Wire EDM is ideal for tight tolerance parts, as well as complex and or delicate parts. Our ISO 9001:2015 compliant facility offers state of the art wire EDM equipment including a Makino U3 Heat wire EDM and EDM DrillMate EDB-435SP Holepopper. Our equipment features CNC controlled 2, 3, 4 and 5 axis capabilities which can handle a range of basic, exotic, and precious metals including aluminum, alloy steels, carbon steels, copper, iron, nickel, palladium, stainless steel, gold, iridium, silver, tungsten, and super alloys among others.

Maximum work piece parameters are up to 30.3″ x 23.2″ x 8.7″ Tall in size, and a weight capacity of 1,323 lbs. Hole diameters from 0.004″ to 0.012″ are achieved.
